腹板夹芯三明治板在低温环境下的挠度分析

ANALYSIS ON DEFLECTION OF WEB CORE SANDWICH PANELS IN LOW TEMPERATURE ENVIRONMENT

摘要: 利用ABAQUS有限元软件分析了腹板夹芯三明治板在低温环境下的受弯性能,并将温度与荷载耦合作用下的挠度值与理论值进行对比,最后比较了薄腹板温度传递作用和板厚度变化对腹板夹芯三明治板挠度的影响。结果表明:腹板夹芯三明治板在低温环境下,弹性阶段的总挠度随温度的降低呈线性增加,温度传递作用对板挠度的影响逐渐增大;考虑温度传递的挠度值比不考虑温度传递的挠度值小,理论挠度值介于两者之间,其差值与总挠度的比值随温度降低而增大,且渐趋于稳定;随着板厚度的增加,总挠度随温度的变化率逐渐减小,增加板的厚度可以有效减小挠度,而温度作用引起的挠度占总挠度的比例却增大。Abstract: ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze the bending performance of web core sandwich plate in low temperature environment,and it was compared the deflection value to the theoretical deflection value under temperature-load,finally it was also,compared the influence of the thin web temperature transfer function and plate thickness change on the web core sandwich plate deflection. The results showed that in low temperature environment, the total deflection of elastic stage of the web core sandwich plate increased linearly and the influence of the temperature transfer function increased gradually on the plate deflection as the temperature lowered. The deflection value of considering temperature transfer is smaller than without considering temperature transfer,theoretical deflection value was between the two,the ratio of the value and the total deflection increased with reducing temperature,and tended to be stable gradually; increasing the thickness of the plate,the total deflection was decreasing gradually with reducing temperature,increasing the thickness of the plate could effectively diminish the deflection,but the proportion of the deflection caused by the temperature effect accounted for the total deflection was increased.
