跨层桁架米字形节点力学性能及其补强措施

摘要: 结合大庆西客站高铁客站站房钢结构工程,针对其重载跨层桁架中的典型米字形节点,采用模型试验与数值计算相结合的方法,分析节点力学行为特征并提出相应的补强措施。按照1∶4缩尺比例进行节点试验模型设计,并专门设计反力装置实现模型杆端的铰接边界条件,通过低周往复加载试验明确该节点的薄弱环节和破坏模式。在此基础上,采用数值分析方法,考虑材料屈服及破裂失效,对模型试验进行验证分析。同时,考虑贴板、盖板、套筒三种补强方式对该节点承载能力、耗能能力的影响,并与无任何加强措施的原模型进行对比。分析结果表明,贴板补强方式对节点的耗能能力有一定的提高,且工艺性较好,可结合实际工程条件采用,为类似节点强化设计提供参考。Abstract: In order to research the mechanical properties of the typical butterfly-shaped joint in a heavy cross layer truss for a new-built steel railway station,model test and numerical calculation were adopted. The test model was designed according to the proportion of 1∶ 4 scale and the counterforce device was designed specially to ensure the boundary condition of the rods being hinged,the weak links and failure modes were clear by pseudo-static test. The model test analysis was verified by numerical calculation considering the material yield and fracture failure. At the same time,the effects of three different reinforced methods including flitch plate joint,cover plate joint and sleeve joint on bearing capacity and energy dissipation ability of the joint were considered to compare with the original joint without any strengthening measures. The results showed that the flitch plate method was worth popularizing for it could improve the energy dissipation of the joint and had a better manufacturability.
