圆孔型蜂窝梁及其组合梁受力性能研究

摘要: 为研究圆孔型蜂窝梁(包括圆孔型蜂窝钢梁和圆孔型腹板开孔钢梁)的强度、整体稳定性、局部稳定性和刚度等力学性能,对3根简支圆孔型蜂窝钢梁和3根钢-混凝土组合蜂窝梁进行试验研究和有限元方法模拟,对比分析不同成孔方法(腹板有无焊缝)、翼缘宽度、孔洞大小、梁墩宽度和组合作用等因素对圆孔型蜂窝梁的受力性能的影响,并得到蜂窝梁和组合蜂窝梁的加载点、支座孔洞周围及梁墩处的应力分布规律。试验和有限元分析结果表明:考虑焊缝对蜂窝梁的承载力和刚度影响程度一般在20%以内;加宽蜂窝梁翼缘,设置加劲肋和增加梁墩宽度,可以提高圆孔型蜂窝梁的承载能力;组合蜂窝梁的承载能力和初始刚度较非组合梁有明显提高。

Abstract: In order to study the strength,integral stability,local stability and rigidity etc of circular hole cellular beams,experimental investigations and finite element analysis of three simply supported circular hole cellular beams and three steel-concrete composite cellular beams were conducted. The influences on mechanical performance of circular hole cellular beams of different making method ( with or without weld on web) ,flange width,hole size,the width of beam pier and the combined effects were compared and analysed. And the stress distributions on the loading point and pedestal point of the beam were acquired. Experimental and finite element analytical results showed that the impact degree of weld on web on the capacity and rigidity of cellular beams was generally within 20%. And broadening flange,installing stiffener and increasing the width of beam pier could improve the bearing capacity of the cellular beams. The load carrying capacity and the initial stiffness of steel-concrete composite cellular beam were significantly improved as compared with non-composite cellular beams.
