考虑设备使用安全性的空冷支架结构体系基于位移的抗震设计方法研究

摘要: 现有的空冷支架结构抗震设计方法没有明确考虑设备在地震中的使用安全性,不符合投资效益准则。通过空冷支架结构的抗震性能试验研究,给出适合该类结构-设备耦合体系在地震作用下的性能水平,提出考虑设备使用安全性的空冷支架结构抗震性能目标量化值,并建立一种适用于该类结构体系的基于位移的抗震设计方法和步骤。最后,以某1 000 MW空冷支架结构为例进行基于位移的抗震设计,并采用非线性动力时程分析对提出的基于位移的设计方法进行验证。结果表明,提出的基于位移的抗震设计方法较为合理。Abstract: The existing seismic design methods of air-cooled condenser structure do not meet theinvestment benefit criterion because they do not consider the safety of the equipment in earthquake. Through the experimental study on the seismic performance of the structure,performance levels and quantified values of the structure were given,which were suitable for the structure-equipment coupled system,the design methods and steps were established. Finally, displacement-based seismic design method was used to analyze a 1 000 MW air-cooled condenser structure,and the nonlinear dynamic time history analysis was taken for validation. The results showed that displacement-based seismic design method was reasonable.
