偏压软弱围岩隧道不同施工方案的数值模拟及比较分析

NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND ANALYSIS OF TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION PROCESS OF UNSYMMETRICAL TUNNEL IN SOFT ROCK

摘要: 随着山岭隧道的大量修建,偏压软弱围岩隧道的施工变形控制及其稳定性问题已成为工程关注的重点。以在建刘家庄隧道工程为背景,借助于ABAQUS有限元软件,采用全断面法,上、下台阶法和中隔壁法对隧道穿越煤层地段的施工过程进行三维数值模拟,得到了不同施工过程中围岩和支护结构的应力、应变规律,通过对不同施工方法的优化分析、现场监控量测数据和数值模拟结果的对比分析发现,采用超前支护上、下台阶法施工方案较其他两种方案更为经济合理;最后,提出相应的变形控制措施和建议,对类似工程具有重要的参考和借鉴意义。Abstract: With construction of a large number of mountain tunnels,the deformation control of construction in the tunnel of biased soft surrounding rock and its stability have become the focus of attention of the tunnel engineering. Taking Liujiazhuang tunnel of Shanghai-Kunming passenger line. By using the finite element software of ABAQUS, the whole section method,the steps method and the CD method,the construction process of the section passing through coal seam was simulated to get the stress and strain law of surrounding rock and supporting structure under different construction methods. Through optimization of the different methods and monitoring data compared with the results of numerical simulation,it could be concluded that using forepole method of up and down steps is more economic and reasonable than the rest construction schemes,and some measures and advices of deformation control were given,which provided important reference and reference for similar projects.
