新型叠合板拼缝构造措施的试验研究及有限元分析

摘要: 为改善双向受力叠合楼板在拼缝处的受力性能,提出一种新的拼缝构造措施。并进行了1根无拼缝叠合模型板带、1根有拼缝但无拼缝加强措施的叠合板带及1根有拼缝且进行拼缝加强处理的叠合板带的静力加载试验。试验结果表明:拼缝不进行加强处理的叠合板易发生沿自然粗糙叠合面撕裂的现象;拼缝处设置的抗裂钢筋能有效抑制拼缝的开展,提高其极限承载力,但对开裂后刚度的影响较小。采用有限元程序ABAQUS 6.11对试验试件进行模拟计算,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好;通过数值计算,研究了拼缝数量变化对模型板带受力性能的影响,为深入开展预制带肋底板混凝土叠合楼板的研究提供参考。Abstract: A new type of structural measure was put forward to improve the mechanical property of the flat-fell seam in two-way concrete composite floor. Monotonic tests were conducted on a composite slab strip,a composite slab strip with the flat-fell seam but no enhancing measures and a composite slab strip with enhancing measures on the flat-fell seam. The test results showed that lamination tears phenomenon was easily occurred on untreated rough surface when the joints in the composite slabs were not enhanced. After the crack-resisting steel bar was set on the joint,the limit bearing capacity of the slab strip would be greatly increased,but its effect on the short-period stiffness after cracking was little. The element analysis by ABAQUS 6. 11 program was conducted and the results between test and analysis were close; the impact of in the number of joints on the specimen's mechanical performance was also studied,which provided a basis for the further investigation of concrete superposed floor slabs.
