单掺及双掺高强混凝土抗冻融性能试验研究

TEST RESEARCH ON THE FREEZING-THAWING RESISTANCE PERFORMANCE OF HIGH-STRENGTH CONCRETE WITH SINGLE ADMIXTURE AND DOUBLE ADMIXTURES

摘要: 通过对无掺料、添加粉煤灰、矿粉及复合矿物掺合料(粉煤灰+矿粉)的高强(C60)混凝土进行淡水快速冻融循环试验,研究掺料对混凝土抗冻融性能的影响,结果表明:复掺混凝土质量出现负损失,相对动弹性模量降低最慢,表面剥蚀程度最轻,抗冻融性能最好;掺入50%矿粉后,混凝土的质量损失率、相对动弹性模量降低量及表面剥蚀情况和无掺料混凝土差别不大,抗冻融性能次之;50%粉煤灰混凝土的质量损失率最大、相对动弹性模量降低最快,表面剥蚀最为严重,抗冻融性能最差。Abstract: The fast freeze-thaw tests with fresh water on high strength concrete ( C60 ) with fly ash or slag and composite admixture,as well as the one without admixtures were conducted. The results showed that for the concrete with admixtures ( slag and fly ash) ,the mass-loss rate was the smallest and the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity was reduced slowest,meanwhile the surface was denuded slightest,indicating a best freezing-thawing resistance performance.For the concrete with 50% slag and concrete without mineral admixtures,the mass-loss rate,the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity and the surface denudation were about the same,meanwhile their freezingthawing resistance performance was a little worse than the concrete with admixtures ( slag and fly ash) .For the concrete with 50% fly ash,the mass-loss rate and the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity reduced fastest,and the surface was denuded seriously,indicating a worst freezing-thawing resistance performance.
