钢管受拉变截面拼接节点试验及有限元分析

EXPERIMENTS AND FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF VARIABLE CROSS-SECTION STEEL TUBE SPLICE JOINTS IN TENSION

摘要: 钢管结构以其优越的力学性能在建筑工程中得到了广泛应用,而管节点设计是钢管结构设计中的重要部分。通过设计一套特殊试验装置,对9个变截面拼接节点试件进行足尺试验研究,得到此类节点的破坏荷载和破坏形态。在合理简化材料非线性和支座约束的前提下,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立节点有限元模型并进行求解,得到数值分析结果。将试验结果与有限元结果进行对比,得到一些有益的结论。Abstract: The steel tube structures are widely applied in building engineering because of their excellent mechanical properties. The design of the joints is an important part of the whole steel structure. An innovative test setup was developed and full scale experiments on 9 bottom chord splice joints with variable cross-section were fulfilled. The failure load and failure mode of those joints were obtained. Based on the rational simplified material nonlinearity and constraint condition,finite element model of the joints was established and solved. Comparing the experimental results with finite element analysis results,some beneficial conclusions were got.
