Abstract: How to construct industrial buildings vitality is a universal problem． The relevant theories and methods of narrate were creatively introduced into this proposition，it was explored narrative strategies，paths and rules of corresponding industrial buildings，also elaborated the narrate mode of object-space-events，and the creation strategy of new stories ，Mean while Nantes Island shipyard reconstruction project was taken for example，it was verified and discussed the narrative strategies in construction of the vitality of industrial buildings． It was expected to provide the reference value for the reforming domestic industrial architectures．
