多台机器作用下基础振动合成的计算

CALCULATION OF VIBRATION COMPOSITION ON MULTIPLE MACHINE ACTION

摘要: 分别对同一基础上设置多台机器,设计工作频率相同和不同的情况;基础上只设置一台机器,在其旋转主轴上带有几个不同转速的运动部件的情况;基础上设置一台往复式机器,其旋转运动质量的频率和汽缸往复运动频率相差一倍的情况进行分析研究,最后给出这几种情况下振动合成计算的建议。Abstract: The calculation of vibration composition under various conditions was researched,such as multiple machine which had same or different frequency of operation on a foundation, one machine which had different rotation speeds components on the principal axis on a foundation,and a reciprocating type machine on a foundation whose rotation motion frequency was double than cylinder reciprocating motion frequency. The suggestions on the calculation method of vibration composition under different conditions were proposed.
