长沙火车南站改造中的被动式节能设计

摘要: 在城市更新和改造中,如何对待现有的旧建筑是当前建筑设计的热点问题。伴随着中国快速城市化进程,许多历史和文化建筑正在被新建筑取代。通过对2010年绿色建筑竞赛获奖项目:长沙火车南站改造中被动式节能设计的分析,总结了被动式设计在旧建筑改造中可尝试的多种手段。通过模拟分析,发现在大进深的废旧建筑改造中,调整建筑整体布局能有效提升其通风效果与遮阳效能;同时围护结构的改造能有效改善建筑遮阳并降低夏季室内气温。Abstract: In the development of city,it is a real challenge that how to deal with the old buildings. Too many old buildings are disappearing in the rapid development of China. Based on the analysis of the design award cases, various means in passive technologies that can be used for old building renovation were summarized. Through the simulation,it was found that for the old buildings with large length,the changing of the overall layout can improve the natural ventilation efficiently and the shading ability. Furthermore,the green technology of the exterior structure can improve the buildings shading and lower indoor temperature in summer.
