Abstract: Combining with Guangxi Xiejiadong cave tunnel hydrogeology as well as the collapse of the karst cave in tunnel construction，it was introduces the tunnel karst caveback fill excavation methodconstruction technique． Through the implementation of this technology，it had been effectively solved the problem of the unstable rock mass collapse，which explored a path for the construction of the large water-eroded cave tunnel．
