Abstract: According to the experimental data of high-strength angles capacity (Q460) of the unilateral connection and the results of numerical analysis by using ANSYS，the practical formula of the unilateral connection of the ratio of width to thickness for Q460 high-strength angle was derived，and the practical formula of the unilateral connection and restrained torsion of the capacity for high-strength angle was derived also． At the same time，using the related experimental data to validate the exactitude of these practical formulas，which provide a guide for the design of unilateral connection bar of the high-strength angle．
