残余应力对Q550高强度焊接H型钢柱承载力影响分析

ANALYSIS OF EFFECT OF RESIDUAL STRESS ON THE BEARING CAPACITY OF Q550 WELDED H STEEL COLUMNS

摘要: 借助有限元软件,以轴心受压H型钢柱为研究对象,对其极限承载力进行分析研究,探讨残余应力对其极限承载力的影响。分析结果表明:翼缘端部的残余应力峰值对H型钢柱影响最大,翼缘中点的峰值影响次之,腹板中点的峰值影响最小,现有钢结构设计规范应用于Q550高强钢轴心受压构件极限承载力的计算略微保守。Abstract: It was researched the ultimate bearing capacity of H steel columns under axial compression by means of FE software. The results shows that the residual stress peak in the flange and has the biggest effect on the H steel column,the stress peak at the midpoint of the flange has a less effect,and the peak effect is the minimum in the midpoint of the web. the stability factor of Q550 high strength steel components by the existing design code of steel structures is slightly conservative.
