DESIGN OF TEMPERATURE AND SHRINK STRESS AND CONTROL MEASURE OF SUPER-LONG CONCRETE FRAME STRUCTURE

摘要: 超长混凝土框架结构,往往由于建筑、设备要求,对超长结构要求不设缝,其温度变化、混凝土收缩产生的应力不容忽视,通过PMSAP、ANSYS两种有限元分析程序计算,结果基本相近,变化趋势完全相同。这就必须通过减小收缩量,降低当量温差;设置保温隔热层,降低温差;墙体柔性连接等措施来减小温度应力的影响,同时也可通过增加普通钢筋或设置预应力钢筋来抵抗附加应力的作用。Abstract: The key of super-long concrete frame structure is to control temperature and concrete shrinkage stresses, according to the analysis of PMSAP and ANSYS,their results and variation tendencies are generally consistent. Owing to construction and equipment requirements,the expansion and contraction joints of super-long concrete frame structures can not be installed,then temperature difference between inside and outside and concrete shrinkage should be decreased. Therefore heat insulation layers and flexible joints should be used to reduce influences of temperature stress; applying normal rebar and prestressing reinforcing bar can control crack effectively.
