EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON TECHNIQUE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM STRENGTHENED WITH PRESTRESSED FRP SHEETS AND PRESTRESS LOSS

摘要: 预应力纤维布加固技术的加固效果明显、应用前景广阔,在这项技术中加固工艺和预应力损失是两个至关重要的问题。根据小梁的尺寸,通过增加基梁来改进加固工艺,分析该加固工艺产生预应力损失的机理,并根据测量的应变片数据对残留应变进行分析,拟合出预应力损失公式。经过对比分析表明,预应力损失公式与测量值基本吻合,并且由公式得到预应力损失率和测量值得到的预应力损失率均在15%~20%之间。Abstract: The technique of structure strengthened with prestressed FRP sheet is an effective technique with a bright future. Strengthening process and prestress loss are two important problems in this technique. According to the size of small beam,strengthening process is improved by adding a base beam,and then it is analyzed that the production mechanism of this process'prestress loss. The formula of prestress loss can be got through analyzing residual strain. By comparison and analysis,it is found that the values by the formula of prestress loss are basically consistent with measured values. In addition, the rate of presstress loss calculated by the formula and that from the measured data are both 15% ~20%.
