STUDY OF SHIELD CONSTRUCTION INFLUENCES ON MECHANICAL BEHAVIOR OF SOIL AROUND TUNNELING SHIELD

摘要: 依托无锡地铁1号线盾构区间开挖工程,根据盾构施工周边不同区域内土体扰动的特点,对盾构施工现场原状土进行一系列应力路径室内三轴试验。试验结果表明:不同的应力路径下土体强度和变形特征显著不同,等比压缩、被动压缩、等p压缩和主动压缩的强度依次递减;土体在卸载应力路径下的强度和破坏时的轴向应变小于加载应力路径时的相应值;而土样在压缩应力路径下的强度要远远大于伸长应力路径下的强度。Abstract: Relying on tunnel shield excavation of the Subway Line No. 1 in Wuxi,a series of triaxial tests were performed with different stress path using the undisturbed soil drilled in the construction field in laboratory based on disturbance properties around tunnel. Test results showed that the strength and deformation behavior of soils were highly affected by stress paths. Soil shear strength decreased in turn according to the order of constant stress ratio loading triaxial compression,conventional triaxial compression,axial loading-radial unloading triaxial compression and reduced triaxial compression. The axial strain and soil strength with unloading stress paths were less than those with loading stress paths. In addition,soil shear strength with triaxial compression stress paths was much larger than those obtained through triaxial stretch stress paths.
