Abstract: Based on the design of reconstructing the old culture square, the spatial layout of Shanghai Culture Plaza is made to be rational and practical. As a result，a delicate，elegant and rich cultural spirit urban oasis that integrates music，art，greenbelt and recreational functions can be created by the concept and starting point of taking the greenness as the predominance，and combining culture with greenness , as well as making full use of embodying the french modern landscape gardening techniques.
