EFFICIENCY OF SAG RODS AS LATERAL SUPPORTS FOR STABILITY OF PURLINS

摘要: 通过将檩条受压下翼缘作为压杆,拉条作为规则布置的侧向弹簧支座,分析了使得压杆计算长度等于拉条间距的侧向弹簧支座的门槛刚度,以及刚度达不到门槛值时的临界荷载与弹簧刚度之间的关系。对厚度是1.5~3 mm,截面高度是140~250 mm的24个规格檩条进行了计算,对拉条刚度是否能够达到门槛刚度进行了判定。结果表明,在檩条截面较薄、拉条位置靠近拉条中心、拉条间距较小时,拉条不能起到檩条稳定性计算的侧向支座的作用,设计中应采取措施。Abstract: Taking the bottom flange of purlins as compressed bars and the sag rods as lateral elastic supports along the length of purlins,threshold rigidities of elastic supports which make purlins buckle between adjacent sag rods were found analytically,and the relation of the buckling load and the lateral support rigidity was presented in case the rigidity was less than the threshold values. Calculation was carried out for 24 purlins with thickness of 1. 5 ~ 3 mm and height of 140 ~ 250 mm to check whether sag rods could be regarded as full lateral supports for stability of purlins,and it was found that if the sag rods were close to the centroid of purlins,the purlins were thin,and the distance between sag rods small, then the sag rods could not be regarded as full lateral supports, and measures should be taken in design of purlins.
