ANALYSIS OF GLOBAL STABILITY OF COLD-FORMED Z PURLINS UNDER WIND SUCTION

摘要: 采用开口薄壁构件理论,推导了上翼缘受约束的Z形截面简支檩条在风吸力作用下发生弯扭屈曲的总势能,提出无拉条的与带1道拉条的檩条的临界弯矩表达式,并与采用ANSYS板壳单元建模的结果进行对比。探讨了檩条整体稳定的内在本质,并通过计算表明拉条可以作为檩条的侧向完全支撑。Abstract: Based on the buckling theory of thin-walled members,it was derived the total potentials for instability of cold-formed Z-purlins under wind suction whose lateral displacement of top flange was prohibited. The expressions of the critical moments of the purlins without and with one sag rod were obtained. The results were compared with numerical results using shell elements of ANSYS. It was explored the internal essence of the global stability of the purlin,it was shown by the calculation that the sag rod could be regarded as lateral full support of the purlin.
