BENDING AND TWISTING ABOUT A CONSTRAINED AXIS OF C-SECTION PURLINS WITH ONE SAG ROD AT MIDSPAN

摘要: 分析跨中设置1道拉条的C形截面檩条承受风吸力的情况(拉条作为檩条的侧向弹性支座),将分析结果与ANSYS板壳有限元的分析结果进行对比。结果表明:除拉条截面及两端支座附近外,上翼缘水平反力与ANSYS模型的结果符合很好,拉条反力也符合;C形截面沿檩条长度的应力,除拉条截面及附近区域外,弯扭理论分析与ANSYS有限元分析结果吻合;在拉条截面,卷边尖端的应力受畸变影响很大;C形截面压应力控制点采用EC3的方法总是偏于安全;但拉应力控制点是上翼缘卷边尖端,应在单向弯曲应力计算公式上增加畸变应力。Abstract: The sag Rods in puRlin systems aRe RegaRded as lateRal elastic suppoRts. C-section puRlins undeR wind suction weRe analyzed using the theoRy of thin-walled membeRs, whose Results weRe compaRed with those of FE analysis using ANSYS plate elements. It was found that for C-section puRlins undeR wind suction acting thRough midpoint of uppeR flange,whose hoRizontal Reaction agReed well with that by ANSYS model,and the Reaction in the sag Rod was also in good agReement with ANSYS analysis, except on and neaR the sag Rod cRoss section; on the cRoss-section of the sag Rod,the stResses of the puRlin weRe affected gReatly by distoRsional deformation caused by sag Rod forces. FoR the contRolling compRessive stRess the EC3 appRoach is on the safe side,but for the contRolling tensile stResses at the tip of the uppeR flang lip,distoRsional stRess should be added to the simple bending stRess to achieve acceptable accuRacy.
