BENDING AND TWISTING ABOUT A CONSTRAINED AXIS OF Z-SECTION PURLINS WITH ONE SAG ROD AT MIDSPAN

摘要: 将连接在檩条腹板上的拉条看成是檩条的侧向弹性支座,根据板壳理论推导檩条腹板变形,得到考虑腹板变形的拉条刚度,经过数值分析修正,提出具有很好精度的拉条刚度计算公式。Z形截面檩条在风吸力作用下,拉条内的反力很小,因此将拉条简化为侧向刚性支承还是弹性支承,对应力的影响非常有限,拉条截面的畸变变形也很小。对于Z形截面的应力计算,EC3规程采用的计算方法、双向弯扭的计算方法以及绕平行轴单向弯曲的计算方法,应力结果都有良好的精度。Abstract: The sag Rods connected to the webs of puRlins weRe RegaRded as the lateRal elastic suppoRts of the puRlins. The formulas for calculating the Rigidity of the sag Rod weRe established by deRiving the web deformation of the puRlin accoRding to the theoRy of plate and shell,and then the Rigidity of the sag Rod taking account of the web deformation was got,which was modified by FE analysis. It was found that for a Z-section puRlin undeR wind suction,the Reaction within the sag Rod was small. Hence theRe would be a veRy limited effect on the stRess,and also a small distoRtional deformation of the sag Rod section if the sag Rod was simplified as a lateRal Rigid suppoRt oR elastic one. FoR the Z-section the calculated stRess would have excellent accuRacy when the EC3 method,two-way bending method and the method of one-way bending about the paRallel axis weRe used.
