APPLICATION OF THE REINFORCEMENT AND UNDERPINNING TECHNIQUE IN A BRICK FACTORY BUILDING

摘要: 通过采用外包钢筋混凝土将砖排架改成组合砌体排架,提高原有砖柱承载能力和使用年限。通过利用原有墙体的支承作用,采用托换技术,最终达到拆除原有墙体的目的,将建筑物的使用空间合并。Abstract: In order to improve the life and bearing capacity of the original brick column,it was changed brick bent into composite masonry bent by using encasing reinforced concrete. Utilizing the underpinning technique and combined with the supporting role of the original wall,it was ultimately achieved the goal of dismantling the original wall and incorporated the use space of the building.
