DAMAGE DETECTING AND SAFETY APPRAISAL OF THE XIDAN ALUMINUM OVERPASS

摘要: 为及时掌握西单4号铝合金天桥的技术安全状况,为相关铝合金结构桥梁的损伤检测和安全性评定提供参考,对该桥进行了全面的安全性评定检测,包括外观质量检查、有限元模拟分析、静载试验及动力特性实测。通过检测,得到该桥桥面系存在较多处功能性损伤,主桥和辅桥的位移校验系数偏高,在III级荷载作用下自振频率小于3 Hz。结果表明,西单4号铝合金天桥主体结构满足承载力设计要求,但存在安全储备较小、刚度明显不足的问题。为了确保人群密集、人群紧急疏散等特殊情况下的安全,应考虑采取适当的安全措施。Abstract: A general damage detecting and safety appraisal of Xidan No. 4 aluminum overpass were done for realizingits technological safety conditions and supporting reference for related safety appraisal of aluminum bridge structures,including the visual detecting,calculation using finite element method,experiment under static load and dynamicproperty measurement. The detecting results showed that the bearing capacity of the overpass could meet therequirements of the design. However,the safety margin and the stiffness were not enough. Some appropriatereinforcement measures should be taken to ensure the safety of the overpass under some special situations such asintensive crowds and emergency evacuation.
