STRUCTURE DESIGN OF LONG-SPAN HANGAR WITH HUGE PIPE TRUSSES

摘要: 天津空客A320工程后装机库屋盖结构采用巨型钢管主桁架+平面次桁架形式,其中,钢管主桁架为国内首次采用高强度螺栓板节点。结合工程背景,分析该结构形式的受力特点,介绍高强度螺栓板节点的设计分析结果。设计施工表明,该工程主次桁架受力简单明确,高强度螺栓板节点施工简单,缩短施工周期。Abstract: The roof structure of huge main pipe truss + second plane truss was used in final phase /flight line hangarin Tianjin Airbus A320 project. A high-strength bolt-plate connection in the main pipe truss was firstly used at home.In this paper,the mechanical features of the structure were analyzed; the design of high-strength bolt-plateconnections in pipe truss was introduced in detail. The design and construction of this hangar demonstrates that themechanical features were simple and definite for the main-second truss system,the construction of the high-strengthbolt plate connections in pipe truss is simple,which can shorten the construction time.
