EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON HIGH-PERFORMANCE CONCRETE TUNNEL LINING BASED ON COMPOSITE CEMENTITIOUS MATERIAL

摘要: 我国大部分山岭隧道在运营后,均出现了不同程度的病害,特别是在富含地下水地区,隧道结构开裂、渗漏水、溶蚀和化学腐蚀严重。导致隧道结构耐久性不足的首要原因是混凝土胶凝材以硅酸盐水泥为主,其成分单一、级配差、品质不高。根治隧道结构耐久性病害,必须从原材料抓起,提出采用多元复合胶凝材配制高性能混凝土,复合胶凝材中主要粉体材料采用分别粉磨集中配送的模式等对策。试验结果表明,以矿物掺合料为主要成分的复合胶凝材配制高性能混凝土具有很好的工作、力学和耐久性能,同时还具有节能、环保和降低成本之功效。Abstract: After most of the mountain tunnels in China entered into service stage,all of them had different degrees ofdiseases. Especially when the tunnel was in an area with rich groundwater,serious cracks,leakage,dissolution andchemical etching occurred in the tunnel structures. The primary reason leading to the tunnel structure durabilitydeficiency is the poor property of the cementitious material which is basically composed of Portland cement,and theingredient of the cementitious material is very single,has poor grade and quality. Improving the performances of theraw materials is a radical method to solve the tunnel structure durability problems. So it was suggested that multiplecomposite cementitious materials should be used to prepare high-performance concrete,and separate grinding andcollective distribution should be used for the main powder materials of the composite cementitious materials. Theexperimental study show that the high-performance concrete,which is prepared by the composite cementitiousmaterials,has excellent work performance,mechanical property and durability,and at the same time it has thevirtues of energy conservation,environmental protection and cost reduction.
