EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON LATERAL BEARING CAPACITY AND AXIAL COMPRESSION RATIO LIMIT VALUES OF STEEL REINFORCED RECYCLED AGGREGATE CONCRETE COLUMNS

摘要: 通过7个型钢再生混凝土柱在低周反复荷载作用下的试验,对型钢再生混凝土柱水平承载力及轴压比限值进行研究。分析轴压比、体积配箍率和再生骨料取代率等3个因素对型钢再生混凝土柱水平承载力的影响。研究表明:柱的水平承载力随轴压比的增加而增加,但其延性系数逐渐降低;随着配箍率的增加,柱表现出较好的承载力;再生骨料取代率对柱承载力影响不大,总体与型钢普通混凝土柱一样具有较好的承载力和延性。从型钢混凝土柱正截面界限破坏时力的平衡条件出发,对型钢再生混凝土柱轴压比限值进行理论推导;结合试验数据及试件延性分析,提出型钢再生混凝土柱在不同抗震等级下的轴压比限值,以供工程设计参考。Abstract: Based on the test of seven steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete (SRRC) columns under low-cyclicreversed loading,the lateral bearing capacity and axial compression ratio limit of the steel reinforced recycledaggregate concrete columns were studied. The influences of the axial compression ratio,stirrup ratio and recycledcoarse aggregate replacement rate on the bearing capacity of steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete column wereanalyzed in this paper. It is shown that the lateral bearing capacity increases and the ductility coefficient reduces asthe increase of the axial compression ratio of the column. The column exhibits good bearing capacity as the increase ofthe stirrup ratio. There is no obvious influence of coarse aggregate replacement rate on the load carrying capacity ofthe column,which shows the same good bearing capacity and ductility as those of ordinary steel reinforced concretecolumn. The axial compression ratio limit of steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete column was deduced basedon the force balanced condition at balanced failure. Finally,the axial compression ratio limit values of the SRRCcolumn under different seismic levels were put forward for engineering design reference in terms of the test data andductility analysis of the specimen.
