SECURITY ANALYSIS AND STRENGTHENING OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE WITH THROUGH DEFECT IN FRAME COLUMN

摘要: 分析某工程框架柱贯通施工缺陷的成因,建立局部结构模型进行不同荷载条件下的数值分析,从而明确了柱贯通缺陷对其联系构件内力的影响,在此基础上对整个结构的可靠性进行评估,并制定采用黏贴碳纤维复合材料的加固方案,加固效果良好。分析表明:框架柱存在贯通缺陷时,与其联系的构件内力将发生较大变化,结构不满足抗震要求,存在安全隐患;具有贯通缺陷框架柱需要及时加固,并应采取有效措施确保在加固施工过程中结构的安全,同时对加固效果进行检测,以评估加固后的结构能否满足设计要求。Abstract: The causes of frame column through defect in a project were analyzed, and partial structural model was set up for numerical analysis under different load conditions, so as to determine the influence on inner forces of joining structural member caused by the frame column through defect.On this basis, the reliability of the structure was assessed to work out a strengthening scheme using carbon fiber composite, whose strengthening effect was very good.The analytic results indicate that the greater change would occur in the inner forces of joining structural member when frame column has through defect, and the structure could not meet requirement of earthquake proofing construction and potential safety hazard existed.Frame column has through defect should be strengthened in time, and need take effective measures should be taken to assure structure safety in work progress, at the same time, strengthening effect should be detected for assessing whether the strengthened structure meet the design requirement.
