EFFECT OF WELD BETWEEN SIDE-PLATE AND BEAM FLANGE ON THE BRITTLE FRACTURE OF SIDE-PLATE REINFORCED JOINT

摘要: 为明确侧板与梁翼缘处焊缝对节点不同位置发生脆性断裂可能性的影响,以侧板加强型节点为对象,选择合理的评判指标,针对不同应力路径,对有无考虑焊接残余应力的两种有限元模型,分析侧板与梁翼缘连接处的残余应力对节点发生脆性断裂特性的影响。研究表明,此处分布的焊接残余应力对侧板加强型节点发生脆断的可能性有显著影响,并找到易发生脆断的部位。Abstract: Taking side-plate reinforced joint as the research object, this study simulated transient welding process for the connecting weld between side-plate and beam flange.Based on above research, the effects of residual stress at the joint of the side plate and beam flange on plastic equivalent strain index and rupture index were analyzed according to the two models either with or without welding residual stress.The results show that welding residual stress affects obviously the brittle fracture possibility of the joint, and the position where a brittle fracture can easily occur is also found out.
