STIFFNESS AND DEFORMATION ANALYSIS OF STEEL REINFORCED RECYCLED CONCRETE ECCENTRIC COMPRESSION COLUMNS

摘要: 以再生粗骨料取代率和相对偏心距为主要参数,完成9个型钢再生混凝土偏心受压柱试验,分析偏心受压柱的破坏特征和侧向挠度变化规律。试验结果表明:型钢再生混凝土偏心受压柱在各个受力阶段的刚度发生变化,并对型钢再生混凝土偏心受压柱的变形特征产生影响。型钢再生混凝土偏心受压柱的最大挠度值随着相对偏心距及再生粗骨料取代率的增加而增大。在试验研究的基础上,根据偏心受压柱的简化力学模型,推导其侧向挠度计算公式,并提出型钢再生混凝土偏心受压柱截面刚度计算公式。利用该公式计算得到的偏心受压柱侧向挠度最大值与实测值吻合较好,可以满足计算要求。Abstract: Based on the tests of 9 steel reinforced recycled concrete eccentric compression columns with different recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentages and relative eccentricity under eccentric compression, the failure feature and change rule of lateral deflection of eccentric compression columns were investigated.The test results show that the stiffness of steel reinforced recycled concrete eccentric compression columns varies under different stages and has influences on the deformation feature of eccentric compression columns.The maximum deflection of steel reinforced recycled concrete eccentric compression columns increases with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentages and relative eccentricity.Based on the test results and the simplified mechanical model of eccentric compression columns, the calculation formula of lateral deflection was derived and the calculation formula of stiffness of eccentric compression columns was also proposed.It is shown that the maximum lateral deflection calculated by the proposed formulas is in good agreement with the test value and can satisfy the calculated requirements.
