STUDY ON FIELD MEASUREMENT OF HIGH-FORMWORK WITH A HEIGHT OF 15 m

摘要: 高大模板支架的坍塌事故往往发生在施工过程中。通过对15 m高模板支架的现场调查和实测,统计获得了模板支架搭设参数。研究发现:模板支架在搭设过程中随机性较大,因此应对该结构的搭设实施全过程管理,确保实际搭设参数与专项施工方案的一致性;测得立杆的应力值均小于预分析时立杆的应力,凸显出JGJ 1302011《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》所提出的荷载组合过于保守;同一立杆底部的应力大于顶部的应力,说明水平杆及竖向剪刀撑是有一定调节作用的;立杆的应力与架体的搭设高度有关,支架高度越高,底部和顶部的应力差异越大。所得结果可为模板支架的设计提供数据支持。Abstract: High-formwork supports' collapse always occur during the construction process.Through the field investigation and measurement of the supports for 15 m high-formwork, the erection parameters of high-formwork supports were obtained.It was found that there was a larger randomness during the erection of high-formwork supports, to implement full process management for the structure erection, and ensure the consistency of actual erection parameters and special construction scheme.The results show that the stress value of the pole is less than the pre-analysis pole stress, thus reflecting that the load combination proposed by Technical Code for Safety of Coupler Stell Tube Falsework in Construction of Buildings(JGJ 130-2011) is too conservative.the stress of the bottom is greater than the top on the same pole, which proved there is some regulation in horizontal bar and vertical double bridging.The pole stress associated with the height of the frame body, the higher the height of the formwork support, the greater the difference between the bottom and the top of the stress.The results provide data for the design of formwork supports.
