DISCUSSION ON OPTIMIZING THE DESIGN PROCESS BASED ON BIM

摘要: 当前BIM在国内的发展还处于初级阶段，表现为应用主要集中于设计阶段，而在设计阶段的应用深度有限，多数旨在建立三维模型，与预期目标差距甚远。为了在设计阶段更有效地推动BIM的应用，在梳理各组织BIM理念的基础上，对BIM在设计阶段的应用理念做了分析，然后指出现有BIM应用过程的问题，并对出现的问题进行分析和总结，进而对现有的流程进行优化。

Abstract: The development of BIM in China is still at the primary stage.The scope of application is mainly limited within the design phase, whose purpose is to build a three-dimension model, which is far from what is expected.Based on the present situation, it was analyzed the application concept of BIM at the design phase in order to promote effectively the use of BIM, and then pointed out the problems during the use of BIM, which were also summarized for optimizing the design process.-
