EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON TWO-SHOT GROUTING FOR WATERPROOF CURTAIN OF MAN-HOLE-PILE IN SATURATED LOOSE SAND LAYER

摘要: 深圳地铁3号线穿过广深铁路高架桥,需对既有桥桩基进行托换,托换新桩采用挖孔桩。该工程所处地层主要是饱和松散砂层,地层渗透系数大,承压水头高,对其采用双液注浆形成截水帷幕。通过试验研究,合理确定浆液配比,掌握施工工艺,检验注浆效果。试验及施工结果表明,在饱和松散砂层中采用水泥-水玻璃双液注浆,地层强度明显增加,渗透系数减小幅度可达102~103量级,土层帷幕水力劈裂压力大于0.3 MPa,地面变形小,完全满足2 m直径及24 m深度挖孔桩截水要求。Abstract: Shenzhen Metro line 3 passes through the Guangzhou-Shenzhen railway viaduct so it is necessary to underpin the piled foundation of existing bridge and man-hole-piles are used, the project is in a saturated, loose sand stratum with high permeability and high confined water head.Two-shot grouting was used to form a waterproof curtain.By means of the experiment, determines the proportion was determined reasonably, the construction method was grasped and inspected the grouting effect inspected.The results of test and construction show that cement and water glass two-shot grouting in the saturated loose sand layer can increase strength significantly, and seepage coefficient be decreased by 102~103 magnitude, the hydraulic fracture pressure of the soil curtain is more than 0.3 MPa and surface deformation is small, thus meeting the waterproof requirement of 2 m diameter and 24 m long man-hole-pile completely.
