摘要: 洛阳不仅是著名的历史文化名城，也是我国重要的工业基地之一，城市中众多的工业建筑遗产成为洛阳工业发展的历史见证。通过系统阐述和剖析洛阳近代工业建筑遗产的发展历程、特点和保护现状，结合城市的历史文化特色，从遗产保护的角度，提出在洛阳历史文化名城这一特定背景下，对其进行保护和更新的方法和策略。

Abstract: Luoyang is a famous historical cultural city in China, and it's also one of the most important old industrial bases of China.The numerous industrial building heritages in the city are the historica1 witness of Luoyang industrial development.It was expounded and analysesd that the developing process, character and current circumstances of the industrial building heritages in Luoyang.Combining with the historica1 culture character of city, it was also proposed a series of methods and strategies for the protection and renewal of the industrial building heritages in historical cultural city of Luoyang.
