RESEARCH ON DRIVING FORCE OF INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE DEVELOPMENT

摘要: 在工业遗产开发的前提下，研究工业遗产开发的驱动力，目的在于发掘驱动力的影响因素和作用机制。在回顾工业遗产内涵变化的基础上，首先明确研究的范围和理论基础。通过分析驱动力形成和作用条件，得出正作用力构成和负作用力构成，并给出促进工业遗产开发的策略：完善遗产管理，合理配套资源；推进制度创新，促进体制革新；加强市场培育，吸引创新人才；引进成熟地产，完善项目融资。Abstract: On condition of developing industrial heritage, it was studied the driving force of industrial heritage development, purpose is to development the influence factors of the driving force and the effect mechanism.This paper reviewed the change in the connotation of industrial heritage, at the same time, defined the theoretical basis and the scope of studying the industrial heritage.In this part of the research, this paper analyzed the formation and function condition of the driving force, through the project acceleration model, the composition of the positive and negative forces was got.In view of the above research, the following strategies to promote industry heritage development were given: perfect heritage management, reasonable matching resources;promote system innovation;strengthen market breed, attract innovative talents;import mature real estate and perfect project financing.
