STUDY ON LIFTING METHOD FOR STEEL CYLINDER OF THE CONTAINMENT OF AP1000 NUCLEAR PLANT

摘要: 钢制安全壳环体模块是AP1000核岛重要的结构模块之一,具有体积大、质量大、壁厚薄等特点,其自身的特点加上安装精度的苛刻要求共同造成了对其吊装的难度。针对此类特大薄壁构件提出一种新的吊装方法:无吊梁吊装法。采用该法吊装时,影响吊装效果的主要因素有3个:吊索根数、吊耳位置及分配器高度。通过有限元软件ANSYS对环体的吊装进行模拟,分别得出上述各因素的影响规律。研究表明:吊索根数越多、吊耳位置越靠近环体水平轴线、分配器高度越高,环体上的变形及等效应力均越小。与目前所采用吊装方法相比,新方法省去了沉重的八角吊梁,有效提升了吊车的实际吊运能力、减轻了对地基的整体负荷。此外,新方法减小了环体边口处的变形,大大降低了相邻模块的对接难度。Abstract: Steel cylinder of the containment was one of the most important structure modules of AP1000 Nuclear Plant.Its characteristics such as large size, heavy weight, thin wall together with the accuracy requirements of installation resulted in the difficulty of lifting.A new lifting method for this large-scale, thin-wall components was put forward: lifting without beam.When using this method, there were three main factors affecting the lifting: the number of slings, the position of lug and the height of the distributor.The finite-element-analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the lifting.The influence regularity of these three main factors were obtained.It was shown that the deformation and the equivalent stress of the cylinder would be smaller when using more slings, keeping the lugs closer to cylinder's horizontal axis, and the distributor was higher.Compared with the present lifting method, the new method can enhance the crane's actual lifting capacity effectively and reduce the overall load on foundation by removing the heavy octagonal beam.In addition, the new method reduces the deformation at cylinder's edge, therefore reduces the difficulty of abutment between adjacent modules significantly.
