摘要:
皮带运输通廊作为工业建筑中较为普遍的构筑物形式,随着服役时间的增加,不少钢桁架出现变形、节点锈蚀等损伤,存在安全隐患,严重影响正常使用。通过对某皮带运输通廊钢桁架的检测,查出结构的危险点,找出产生隐患的原因,指出此类结构通常所面临的问题,并结合实际问题,制定加固处理方案;在不影响正常使用的情况下,对桁架下弦杆及节点板进行加固处理,加固后通廊构件抗力与荷载效应比值大于1.0,结构安全储备得到大幅提升。

Abstract:
Belt transport corridor is an industrial building in the more common structure form.Along with the increase of the service time,there are many problems in the steel truss,such as corrosion damage,deformation etc.On the basis of a belt transport corridor steel truss structure inspection,it was found out the dangerous points,and pointed out that this kind of structure in use could face the problems.Combined with the actual problem,the paper put forward the reinforcement scheme.
