摘要:
大型炼钢厂转炉高层框架系统结构体系复杂,对其进行加固设计非常困难。结合某钢厂300t转炉高层框架系统的工程实例,对其所受荷载、结构计算体系、加固可行性、产生裂缝原因等进行分析研究,结合强弱支撑框架的判断,提出合理的结构计算模型,达到了减少加固量的目的;并对负荷下焊接时最大名义应力比进行分析,合理卸载,保证正常生产;同时针对计算结果中不同的超限情况,结合现场,提出相应的加固设计方法,取得较好的加固效果,为其他类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:
For the converter's high-rise frame of the large main furnace building,its structural system is very complex.So it's very difficult to reinforce it.Combined a steel mill building,it was researched its loading,structure model,the reason of crack,reinforcement feasibility.With the determination of the bracing frame's relative strength index,the reasonable structure model was provided to reduce the reinforcement quantity.It was also research the maximum value of nominal stress under loading and welding,regular production was assured according to appropriate unloading.According to different calculation results and current conditions,different reinforcement design methods for the high-rise frame were introduced.The reinforcement results were very good.Which provided a useful reference for other similar projects.
