WHOLE FRAME EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON JOINT STIFFNESS OF STEEL TUBULAR SCAFFOLD WITH COUPLERS BASED ON DISPLACEMENT BACK ANALYSIS THEORY

摘要: 扣件式钢管支架节点扣件螺栓连接是一种典型的半刚性连接,扣件螺栓连接节点刚度大小与扣件螺栓拧紧力矩的大小有直接关系。基于目标参数位移测量反分析理论,区别于常规的单个扣件节点抗弯刚度试验,设计了新型整架抗侧移试验。试验得出支架结构节点侧移与架体顶部水平力大小之间的关系。建立试验架体有限元分析模型,结合试验测量数据,对支架结构节点刚度进行反分析计算,得出了考虑整架搭设构造因素的节点转动刚度系数,可为整架极限承载力计算分析提供可靠的关键力学性能参数。Abstract: The bolt connection joint of steel tubular scaffold with couplers is a kind of typical semi-stiffness connection;the stiffness is directly related to the tightening moment.The innovative lateral resistance of whole frame was designed based on the objective parameter displacement back analysis and different from the regular stiffness test of single joint.The relationship between the node lateral displacement and the top level force was got by the test.The joint rotation stiffness considering the structural factors was gained through the analysis of the experimental data and the finite element analysis,which provided the reliable key mechanical parameter for ultimate strength analysis of the whole frame.
