EFFECTS OF ADDING BASALT FIBER ON BOND PROPERTIES BETWEEN DEFORMED BAR AND CONCRETE

摘要: 研究混凝土中掺加玄武岩纤维对其与变形钢筋黏结性能的影响。选取长为6mm和18mm两种玄武岩纤维与未掺纤维的素混凝土试件进行对比。通过中心拉拔试验,得到黏结应力-滑移曲线。试验结果表明:在混凝土中掺玄武岩纤维,变形钢筋与混凝土的黏结强度有减小的趋势,极限黏结强度对应的滑移量有增大的趋势;同一掺量下,纤维长为18mm对应的极限黏结强度均大于纤维长为6mm的相应值;合理控制玄武岩纤维的掺量,可以降低掺玄武岩纤维对黏结强度的影响。此外,通过数据分析得到了极限黏结强度的计算公式。Abstract: The bond properties between basalt fiber concrete and deformed bar were researched.There were two kinds of fiber length,and four kinds of volume fraction.The plain concrete without basalt fiber was designed for comparison.The bond stress vs.slip curves were obtained by center pull-out test,and the test results indicated that when basalt fiber was added to concrete,the bond strength between basalt fiber concrete and deformed bar had the tendency of reduction,the corresponding slip of ultimate bond strength increased.Under the same volume fraction,the ultimate bond strength corresponding to 18 mm fiber was greater than the corresponding value of 6 mm fiber.While volume fraction of basalt fiber was controlled reasonably,the effects of adding basalt fiber on bond strength could be reduced.In addition,the formula of ultimate bond strength was obtained by analyzing the data.
