摘要: 结合广东三旧改造政策的推进落实,从实践案例出发,探讨现代企业在转型升级时期如何通过更新规划设计,提升土地利用效益、拓宽发展空间、完善配套设施和美化园区环境等。同时,对工业建筑外观设计如何体现企业形象和时代特色,以及结合低碳理念对旧有建筑改造利用等方面也进行了研究思考。

Abstract: Combined with the promotion and implementation of polices of three-old reforming.it was investigated how to plan,design and improve the land-use-efficiency,as well as expand the space,improve facilities and beautify the campus environment for modern companies.Meanwhile,it was also studied the ways to reflect the corporate image and characteristics of the times in industrial building design.Then combined with the low-carbon idea,it was done a research on do thinks about the transformation of old buildings.
