THE DESIGN OF CRANE BEAM SYSTEM WITH COLUMN REMOVED IN A LARGE STEEL FACTORY

摘要: 针对某大型线棒材车间角部柱子拔除后形成的大悬臂吊车梁系统,采用屋盖肢桁架承受屋面荷载、连续悬臂吊车梁传递吊车荷载的结构形式。同时设计中通过节点细部构造,保证厂房系统的空间整体性及构件间变形协调。Abstract: The large cantilever crane girder system was formed after removing the corner column in a large wire bar workshop.The load of roof was carried by the roof limb truss and the load of crane was carried by the continuous cantilever crane beam.At the same time,through the design of detail treatment,the system spatial entirety and structural deformation coordination were ensured.
