Abstract: The site environment resources can be fully exploited and integrated,so as to get an urban complex with various functions by developing simultaneously the residence and touristry,as well as laying equal stress on entertainment and busimess in a small harbor.Finally,the harbor sentiment and recreation space with humanistic features can be constructed by establishing modern architectural culture,basing on regional and clinate characteristics in the small harbor,absorbing the essence of the Chinese and western architectural culture,and combining with the characteristics of Qingdao and using coastal landscape resources,with which a brilliant creative architectural culture can be formed.
