SEISMIC DESIGN OF BUILDING A OF MINDA PLAZA

摘要: 民大广场A楼为带转换层的型钢框架-剪力墙结构体系,因建筑功能的需要,结构外框架不设框架梁,外框架柱为纺锤状斜柱,转换层采用新型组合结构转换梁。所采用的结构通过基于性能的抗震分析、拟静力试验和振动台试验等验证是可行的,其破坏机制遵循强柱、弱梁、更强转换梁、最强节点区的原则。双型钢混凝土转换梁具有较强承载能力和较好耗能性能。Abstract: The building A of Minda Plaza was adopted the SRC frame and shear wall structural system.Due to the functional need,the beams were deleted from the spindle-shape outmost frames,where the columns were arranged in an inclined orientation with the principal floor axes.The transfer story was of particular challenge,thus a new type of composite beam with encased built-up double steel sections was designed.The satisfactory performance of the new structural system was validated through quasi-static loading tests and shake-table test.The structure was exhibited to follow the failure mechanism of strong columns,weak beams,stronger transfer beams,and the strongest connection.The steel reinforced concrete transfer beams with double-steel sections had satisfactory bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity,suitable to meet the requirements of functional limitation.
