BOND-SLIP BEHAVIOR OF SPECIMENS WITH SHORT BAR WELDING ON THE STEEL FLANGE

摘要: 通过推出试验研究型钢翼缘外侧焊短钢筋时与轻骨料混凝土的黏结滑移性能。短钢筋采用垂直焊和水平焊两种方式,间距设置了100 mm和200 mm。试验中考虑未设置剪力连接件的对比试件,试件均发生推出破坏。根据实测的荷载、加载端滑移数据建立二者的关系模型,分析特征黏结强度和特征滑移值。研究结果表明:剪力连接件的设置不宜过密,宜垂直于型钢翼缘焊接;型钢翼缘外侧焊短钢筋没有提高试件的黏结强度,但增加了试件抵抗滑移的能力;设计中应单独考虑自然黏结强度或剪力连接件传递剪力,不能对二者进行叠加。Abstract: Bond-slip behavior between steel with short bar welding on the flange and lightweight aggregate concrete was explored by push-out test.Distances between short bars were 100 mm or 200 mm,which were vertically or horizontally welded on the flange.Contrast specimen without shear connector was also included in the test.Push-out failure occurred on all specimens.Load and slip relationship model was established based on the measured data of load and loading end slip.Characteristic bond strength and characteristic slippage values were analyzed.Research results showed that space between shear connectors should not be too close and shear connector should be vertically welded on the flange;bond strength of specimens with shear connector was not improved but the ability of sliding resistance was increased;shear force should be transferred entirely either by natural bond or by mechanical methods and the both should not be superposed in design.
