TEST STUDY ON SIZE EFFECT OF FLEXURAL BEHAVIOR OF RC SIMPLE BEAMS

摘要: 现阶段规范取值依据主要基于小尺寸构件试验结果,这与工程实际中的大结构存在差异。针对13个钢筋混凝土梁开展尺寸效应试验研究,详细测试并采集不同加载阶段构件的承载力、挠度、钢筋及混凝土应变等试验数据。试验分析表明,受弯构件正截面抗弯性能尺寸效应主要表现在钢筋屈服阶段和混凝土压碎阶段。混凝土材料抗压特性尺寸效应在钢筋屈服阶段有所反映,但负面影响不显著,从而验证了承载力计算理论的安全性。此外,对构件变形分析时,宜考虑多种因素对变形成分的影响;塑性铰区域非弹性相对转角存在显著尺寸效应,宜根据评价目标的不同,分别按极限承载状态和实测最大承载状态进行分析。Abstract: Design value in codes and regulations at present stage is mainly based on test results of small size specimens,which is different from large-scale structure in practical engineering.It was collected test data of RC simple beams in different bearing stage,including deflection,bearing capacity,steel strain,concrete strain,and etc.The total number of specimens was 13.Test results indicated that size effect on flexural behavior was mainly reflected in yield stage of longitudinal reinforcement and failure stage of concrete.Size effect of concrete materials was reflected in mechanical properties of RC beams in yield stage.This kind of negative size effect was not significant.Safety of related bearing capacity theories was indirect verified in research scale.It was necessary to consider the composition of deformation which would be decided by much factors.According to different evaluation target,plastic rotation ability should be analyzed at ultimate bearing state or maximum loading state.
