ANALYSIS OF EXITING BUILDINGS REUSED VALUE

摘要: 在对旧建筑更新改造的环境价值、历史价值、经济价值和社会文化价值分析的基础上,以杭州市某储备仓库为例,重点阐述旧建筑加固改造和修缮技术。通过对建筑上部主体结构托换、改变基础形式并增设基础拉梁、墙体整修加固、屋面整体性翻修、整体恢复性装修以及周边环境整治等保护性修缮技术处理,实现了功能完善与保持原貌相结合,其改造经验可为类似建筑的加固、修缮提供借鉴参考。Abstract: Based on analyzing the environmental value,historical value,economic value,social and cultural values on reusing the old buildings,a warehouse in Hangzhou City for example was presented.It was focused on reinforcement design and repair techniques.By using the technique of underpinning the main structure,changing the types of foundation and adding base tie beams,the treatment of the surrounding environment,wall reinforcement and etc was carried out.It was well combined the warehouse function improving with the original appearance maintenance.Its successful experience could be used as a reference for reinforcement of similar heritage buildings.
