RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF CAST STEEL JOINT OF CHONGQING JIANGBEI AIRPORT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF RESPONSE SURFACE METHOD

摘要: 以重庆江北国际机场新航站楼工程为背景,对其主楼钢桁架的铸钢节点(以三肢铸钢节点ZG-2c为例),编制APDL语言程序实现参数化建模,并利用有限元软件ANSYS的统计分析模块(PDS模块),采用基于概率理论的数值模拟方法响应面法(RSM),对铸钢节点这类实体结构进行可靠性分析。根据有限元单次运算的结果,选取不同的失效应力作为强度限值,获得铸钢节点相应的失效概率及可靠度指标。分析表明:铸钢节点工作状态是安全可靠的;由各随机变量的相关系数及影响程度比值,明确了影响铸钢节点工作性能各因素的显著性程度;最后探讨了对于类似节点失效模式选取时需要注意的原则。Abstract: By means of ANSYS parametric design language(APDL),cast steel joints of steel truss in Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport were modeled with a set of parameters.Through probabilistic design system(PDS)module in ANSYS programme,a numerical simulation techniqueresponse surface method(RSM) based on probability theory was adopted to analyze solid structure such as cast steel joints.According to single calculation results of finite element analysis,different failure stress was selected as the strength limit to obtain corresponding failure probability and reliability index of cast steel joint,and it was shown that the working status of cast steel joints was safe and reliable.From correlation coefficient and effect degree ratio of different variables,the significance of influencing factors of cast steel joints was revealed.Finally it was discussed some principles of failure mode selection for similar nodes.
