摘要

摘要: 城市快速发展常常要求在短时间内将建筑拆除,为了适应城市建设的需求,我国大多采用机械拆除的方式拆除房屋,产生大量垃圾,造成了资源的浪费和环境的破坏。通过分析建筑拆解与旧建筑材料再利用的相关步骤方法,引入国外较为先进的理论和经验,提出拆解式建筑设计思路和建议,在设计阶段即对建筑可拆解性及材料的充分利用进行综合考虑,并对今后我国在建筑拆解与旧建筑材料再利用方面的发展进行探索。

Abstract: The rapid development of urban construction often requires the removal of the building in a short time.In order to meet the needs of the city's fast development,usually,the mechanical removal of the houses is used in China and creates a lot of garbages at the same time.Which caused the contradictory and problems in the building activities.This paper presented the design ideas and suggestions of the building dismantling,through the introduction of foreign advanced theories and experience,and also analysed of the related steps of the building dismantling and the reuse of old building materials.In the design stage the building detachability and the full use of the old building materials should be considered,and it was explored the development in future of China in the building dismantling and the reuse of old building materials.
