RESEARCH ON A NEW STRUCTURAL SYSTEM OF STEEL AIR-COOLING TOWER

摘要: 介绍一种新型空冷钢塔,采用单层三角形网格结构体系,塔筒内部设置水平加强环。采用STAAD有限元软件建模,进行恒活荷载、地震、温度和风载作用下的计算。探讨这种体系的静力特性和空间性能,分析各类杆件的受力情况和内力分布规律。还对比了不同加强环设置道数、不同径矢比大小的差异。结果表明,这种体系具有良好的整体性、较大的抗侧刚度和抗风能力,适宜于建造空冷塔。Abstract: It was introduced a new type air-cooling tower,which was built up with triangular lattice structural system and horizontal stiffened rings.Under actions of dead & live loads,earthquake,temperature and wind loads,modeling and calculating work was done by STAAD software.Statical features and spatial performance of this structural system were discussed|distribution regularities of internal forces were analyzed for all kinds of members.And by changing stiffened rings quantities and diameter-to-camber ratio,the differences were achieved.Conclusion shows that this system has good structural integrity,bigger lateral stiffness and wind resisting capacity|it is suitable for construction of air-cooling tower.
